HOME CENTER GROUP POLICY
- All purchases are final , if customer absolutely needs to cancel , 30% CANCELATION FEE will be deducted from the refund
- Customers must alert Home Center of any damages or issues within 24 hours. If no complain are filed within this time frame , merchandise is considered in good condition.
- All address and phone number information must be confirmed by the customer . ( please check your receipt )
- Delivery drivers are only responsible for taking the furniture into the closest room to the house or apartment’s entrance . They are not allowed to take furniture to different spaces in the house, if buyer asks them to do so, any damages that occur are not Home Center’s responsibility.
- delivery and set up are separate services ( please check with your sales representative if set up is included )
- We advise our customer to take measurement of the room , prior to the delivery to avoid any complications,
And to avoid charging the customer another delivery fee .
- Customers over the 2nd floor will be charged an extra $25 per floor
- Please , Keep your receipt to show proof of purchase.
- If customers are late to pick up items or delay delivery , there will be a $20/day holding fee until items are picked up or delivered .
